Your day at NTT DATA
The Skilled Sales Support Administrator is usually employed in larger operational environments where there is enough work for more than one / two sales administration roles. This role acts as a primary support function to the sales team and assists members of the sales force by performing components of sales order related administration, e.g., quote to cash process.
What you'll be doing
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensures operational sales effectiveness by establishing relationships with vendors and coordinating everyday interactions, queries and general information sharing with them.
Provide quotes for clients either from direct requests or on behalf of the Sales team.
Influence the price and margin, by suggesting different products dependant on lead times, promotions, alternative suppliers and programmes.
Provides support capacity required to administer aspects of the purchase order process by generating, distributing and administrating purchase orders.
Check the quotes against raised order to ensure that what has been ordered has been quoted and that the correct terms and conditions have been applied.
Checks information on the most current vendor pricing conjunction with commercial colleagues and ensure access to vendor pricing.
Support capacity provided on general sales related documentation through receiving, labelling, sorting, filing and distributing as is required.
Capture data and maintain systems as is required by the sales process and sales team.
Provide administrative support to the sales force when it is required.
Use the systems and data to produce reports when necessary.
May be required to identify and recommend improvements to sales administration processes.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
Detail oriented and highly organised
Ability to work in a high paced environment
Have good analytical skills
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Must be service oriented and have a positive attitude to work
Good knowledge and understanding of sales processes, tools and methodologies would be advantageous
Able to work in a team and independently, applying a proactive approach to work processes
Ability to use judgement to make decisions about work process and apply improvements
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- High / Secondary School
Required Experience:
- 1.Monitor, analyze and reconcile actual booking closed won, forecast sale force, Power BI Orders and BPC Orders.2.Reconcile and provide variance analysis with reason between prior forecast and current forecast, Opp. pending for booking.3.Work closely with sale operation team and provide all analysis report mention above to sale director in weekly and monthly basic.4.Other assignment.
