What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales account strategy and action plans for own accounts or assigned accounts with assigned sales target

  • Execute sales action plan and activities to gain profitable and sales performance growth by monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year

  • Acquires new customers to generating new sales leads for the company

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the customers’ end-use markets, their important customers, and their main competitors.

  • Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders and team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to customers

  • Ensure optimal client feedback to Product Management, Sales Management, or other departments concerning product requirements and enhancements.

  • Determine customers’ unmet needs and translate them internally for adequate follow-up.

  • Regular sales activities, pipeline updates per weekly, monthly basis, and quarterly review

  • Investigate, track, and resolve customer and client concerns; identify trends and implement solutions

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a sales related field.

  • Relevant vendor certifications would be advantageous

Required Experience:

  • Experiences in IT solutions sales such as Business application (CRM, Application development, Mobile app, etc), IT Infrastructure

  • Experience in Salesforce.com sales is a plus

  • Experience in sales consulting work is a plus.

  • Having industry and client’s business process understanding under own account

  • Typically requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent, in Business, IT, or a related discipline

  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Good command of English

  • At least 5 years in service provider or SI sales consulting area
