Your day at NTT DATA
Location: Brussels (on-site presence required)
Duration: at least 6 months from September 2024
What you'll be doing
Design and install well-functioning computer networks, connections, and cabling.
Troubleshoot system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long-term network efficiency.
Inspect LAN infrastructure and address minor or major issues.
Test and configure software, as well as maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices.
Evaluate network performance and propose improvements.
Organize upgrades and maintenance without disrupting ongoing work.
Perform regular data backups to protect organizational information.
Provide technical guidance to colleagues on computer and network usage.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a network technician or in a relevant position.
Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies.
Hands-on experience with common software and hardware.
CCENT/CCNA qualifications are strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a relevant field.
