Work Experience
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Design: Collaborate with clients to create efficient, scalable AWS infrastructure designs.
AWS Services Mastery: Utilize the latest AWS services to build and maintain infrastructure components.
High Availability and Security: Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and strong security in infrastructure.
Cost Optimization: Optimize cloud costs by using AWS cost management tools.
Infrastructure Building: Actively participate in building and provisioning infrastructure components.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues in the infrastructure.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles for automation.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams for seamless infrastructure implementation.
Client Engagement: Maintain strong client relationships and provide technical guidance.
Training and Knowledge Sharing: Promote ongoing learning and knowledge sharing.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
Able to nurture self-organising, high performing teams through servant leadership and mentoring
Ability to work effectively with teams and individuals distributed globally across time zones and cultures
Must encourage, support, and guide continuous improvement of the team, its products, and processes

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Any AWS Certifications, such as;
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional.
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional.
Required Experience:
Strong experience as an Infrastructure Architect in AWS environments.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience in designing and building AWS infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of AWS services, security, and cost management.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
