What we expect you to do

Current State Assessments on client systems

Project Deployment services:

• Implementations of a variety of Microsoft products, e.g. M365, Azure AD, System Centre, Intune, ADFS, Exchange, Exchange Online, Identity Management.

• In place and major version upgrades.

• Migrations AD/Exchange, MS Teams

• Pre-Sales where required from business

• Assessment and deployment (or upgrading) of systems

• Management of high and low-level designs documents (High Level Design/Scope of Work and Low-level designs/deployment build)

• Act as Project Lead or Technical Lead when required

• Client engagement (communication and presentation skills)

• Available as a technical escalation point for junior Engineers

• Ability to facilitate and participate in Master Classes on specific technology areas

• Facilitate and participate in Communities of Practise

• Provide MS technical advice and guidance to the customer’s partner and IT team.

• Work with the customers partner on technology solutions and proposals where required.

• Attend project meeting where MS technology, expertise is required.

• Contribute to the development of solution architectures for IT infrastructure and /or MS functional areas.

• Evaluate the customers current landscape and make recommendations on improvement.

• Guide project teams to ensure the successful implementation and execution of solutions in line with the objectives provided by the customers business unit.

• Ensure full compliance with respect to the creation and maintenance standard operating and architectural documents.

The customer shall provide:

• Customer will provide the resource with biometric access which will be revoked at the end of term.

• The resource with access to all systems and information as may be required to perform the services.

• All reasonable access to the customer premises which the resource may require in order to perform the services and

• Direction, coordination and execution of dependencies within the customer and other third-party teams, except for where a NTT Data resource has been instructed by customer to run the direction, coordination and execution of dependencies, including other third part teams

Here's what we are looking for in candidates for this job

• 6 - 10 years’ relevant operational experience including, but not limited to:

• Prior Operational Support/ Enterprise Services at senior level

• Project scoped technical services deployments/major version upgrades/tenant migrations (Design/Build/Deploy)

• High level scripting capabilities (PowerShell)

• MS100 & 101 – Certification

• MD100 & 101 or 102 – Certification

• AZ-104 – Certification

• ·Hyper-V Experience (Would be a bonus)
